How it works
- Cast the artifact in your hand by paying its mana cost.
- Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Delivery Moogle.
- When Delivery Moogle enters, it triggers, searching your library or graveyard for the other artifact and putting it into your hand.
- Activate the artifact cast in step 1 by sacrificing it.
- Repeat.
This clever loop hinges on Displacer Kitten, whose avoidance trigger lets you blink a permanent every time you cast a noncreature spell. By casting either Urza's Bauble or Lotus Petal, you trigger the Kitten to exile and return Delivery Moogle to the battlefield. Delivery Moogle's entry ability then reaches into your library or graveyard to retrieve the artifact you just sacrificed, setting up a continuous cycle that generates infinite storm count, card draw, and—when using Lotus Petal for its sacrifice ability—infinite colored mana.
