How it works

1. Cast the artifact in your hand by paying its mana cost.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Delivery Moogle.
3. When Delivery Moogle enters, it triggers, searching your library or graveyard for the other artifact and putting it into your hand.
4. Activate the artifact cast in step 1 by sacrificing it.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop turns your commander tax issues into an engine fueled by Displacer Kitten, whose avoidance ability blinks Delivery Moogle whenever you cast a noncreature spell. Each time Delivery Moogle enters the battlefield, its ETB ability lets you tutor for whichever low-cost artifact you need—either Jeweled Lotus to sacrifice for commander mana or Tormod's Crypt to cycle through your graveyard. By continually casting and sacrificing these cheap artifacts, you trigger endless blinks and sacrifices while generating infinite colored mana strictly for your commander.
