How it works
Cast the artifact in your hand by paying its mana cost.
When Delivery Moogle enters, it triggers, searching your library or graveyard for the other artifact and putting it into your hand.
Activate the artifact cast in step 1 by sacrificing it.
Repeat.
This clever engine loops cheap artifacts through your hand by leveraging Delivery Moogle's enters-the-battlefield trigger to fetch whichever piece you just cracked. As you cast Mishra's Bauble or Welding Jar, Displacer Kitten's avoidance ability springs into action to blink the Moogle, constantly resetting the search chain. Mishra's Bauble provides the deferred card draw to eventually overwhelm your opponents, while Welding Jar offers a zero-mana safety net that keeps the loop churning. Together, they create an endless cycle of artifact entry, sacrifice, and re-entry that racks up massive storm counts and triggers at will.
