How it works

1. Activate up to seven lands you control by tapping them, adding at least .
2. Cast Crown of Flames by paying its mana cost, targeting Displacer Kitten
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Great Whale.
4. When Great Whale enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
5. Resolve the Crown of Flames spell.
6. Activate Crown of Flames by paying , returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the unassuming Aura Crown of Flames into an infinite engine by leveraging Displacer Kitten's Avoidance ability to constantly blink Great Whale. Every time you recast the Aura, the Kitten triggers to exile and return the Whale, whose entry untaps the very lands you used to pay for the spell and its self-bounce activation. Because Crown of Flames can be returned directly to your hand for a single red mana, you can repeat this cycle endlessly to generate infinite mana, storm count, and trigger all your enters-the-battlefield effects.
