How it works

1. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability twice by removing two loyalty counters from it, untapping Thran Dynamo and Isochron Scepter.
2. Activate Thran Dynamo by tapping it, adding CCC.
3. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
4. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Kiora.
5. Resolve the copy of the instant card.
6. Repeat.
7. Once you have infinite mana, you may untap any other permanent using Kiora.

This engine transforms the steady mana of Thran Dynamo into an infinite storm and spell-copying machine by leveraging the unique timing windows unlocked by Oath of Teferi. With Isochron Scepter repeatedly casting a cheap instant, Displacer Kitten blinks Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner with every noncreature spell, resetting her loyalty and keeping the engine going. Because Oath of Teferi allows you to activate planeswalkers twice a turn, Kiora can untap both the mana source and the Scepter to pay the activation costs, drawing you through your entire deck along the way.
