How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking The One Ring.
3. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
4. Activate The One Ring by tapping it, putting a burden counter on it and causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
5. Repeat.

This clever engine transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a self-replacing card-draw machine by leaning heavily on cost-reduction and permanent blinking. With Etherium Sculptor lowering the artifact's cost to zero, you can continuously cast Sensei's Divining Top for free to trigger Displacer Kitten, which blinks The One Ring to reset its state and dodge its life-loss drawbacks. You then tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it on top of your library, immediately drawing it again by tapping The One Ring for its powerful activated ability.
