How it works

1. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability twice by removing two loyalty counters from it, untapping Mana Vault and Isochron Scepter.
2. Activate Mana Vault by tapping it, adding CCC.
3. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
4. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Kiora.
5. Resolve the copy of the instant card.
6. Repeat.
7. Once you have infinite mana, you may untap any other permanent using Kiora.
