How it works

1. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability twice by removing two loyalty counters from it, untapping Gilded Lotus and Isochron Scepter.
2. Activate Gilded Lotus by tapping it, adding three mana of any color.
3. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
4. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Kiora.
5. Resolve the copy of the instant card.
6. Repeat.
7. Once you have infinite mana, you may untap any other permanent using Kiora.

This intricate engine relies on Isochron Scepter repeatedly casting cheap instants to trigger Displacer Kitten's blink ability, constantly resetting Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner back to the battlefield so you can use her loyalty ability twice per turn thanks to Oath of Teferi.
