How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, and The Fourth Doctor triggers if you had cast Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
3. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking The Fourth Doctor.
4. Resolve the Fourth Doctor trigger, if applicable, creating a Food token.
5. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop lets you draw your entire deck by repeatedly casting Sensei's Divining Top for free and cycling it back to the top of your library. Cloud Key pulls its weight by reducing the Top's cost down to zero, turning every cast into a completely free noncreature spell. Meanwhile, Displacer Kitten provides the blinking engine to continuously reset your board, and The Fourth Doctor grants you the crucial ability to play the Top right back off the top of your library while rewarding your historic casts with a steady stream of Food tokens.
