How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, and The Fourth Doctor triggers if you had cast Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
3. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking The Fourth Doctor.
4. Resolve the Fourth Doctor trigger, if applicable, creating a Food token.
5. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This brilliant brew turns a classic artifact into an endless engine of discovery and sustenance. Ugin, the Ineffable is the linchpin that makes the entire loop free, reducing the cost of Sensei's Divining Top so you can continuously cast it directly off the top of your library. That casting triggers Displacer Kitten to blink The Fourth Doctor, which in turn triggers to reward your historic play with a fresh Food token. Finally, tapping Sensei's Divining Top draws you a card while effortlessly placing itself right back on top of your library to repeat the whole sequence anew.
