How it works

1. Activate up to five lands you control by tapping them, adding at least .
2. Cast Shimmering Wings by paying its mana cost, targeting Displacer Kitten
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Peregrine Drake.
4. When Peregrine Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to five lands.
5. Resolve the Shimmering Wings spell.
6. Activate Shimmering Wings by paying , returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns a modest blue Aura into an engine for infinite mana and untaps by leveraging the interaction between your permanents. Whenever you cast Shimmering Wings targeting anything, Displacer Kitten triggers its Avoidance ability to blink Peregrine Drake, which in turn untaps your lands to pay for the spell and its return ability. By simply paying {U} to bounce Shimmering Wings back to your hand using its own activation cost, you reset the loop so you can cast it again.
