How it works

1. Activate up to seven lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 3.
2. Cast Cage of Hands by paying its mana cost, targeting Displacer Kitten
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Great Whale.
4. When Great Whale enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
5. Resolve the Cage of Hands spell.
6. Activate Cage of Hands by paying 1, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop centers around the synergy between Displacer Kitten and Great Whale, where every cast of a noncreature spell triggers the Kitten to blink the Whale, completely refunding your mana investment by untapping up to seven lands.
