How it works

1. Activate up to seven lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 2.
2. Cast Shackles by paying its mana cost, targeting Displacer Kitten
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Great Whale.
4. When Great Whale enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
5. Resolve the Shackles spell.
6. Activate Shackles by paying , returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Repeat.

This intricate loop turns the simple act of casting an Aura into an engine of endless value, anchored by Displacer Kitten's ability to blink a permanent every time you cast a noncreature spell. By targeting that very same Kitten with Shackles, you trigger its avoidance effect to exile and return Great Whale to the battlefield. Great Whale then repays the favor by untapping your lands, generating a massive surplus of mana to fund the process. Finally, Shackles' own activated ability lets you bounce it back to your hand for a single white mana, allowing you to recast it and repeat the cycle indefinitely.
