How it works
- Cast the artifact in your hand by paying its mana cost.
- Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Delivery Moogle.
- When Delivery Moogle enters, it triggers, searching your library or graveyard for the other artifact and putting it into your hand.
- Activate the artifact cast in step 1 by sacrificing it.
- Repeat.
This Vintage-legal engine achieves infinite scaling by leveraging Displacer Kitten's avoidance trigger to repeatedly reset Delivery Moogle every time you cast a cheap artifact. As Delivery Moogle enters the battlefield, its tutor ability fishes either Urza's Bauble or Black Lotus out of your library or graveyard, feeding your mana supply and keeping the noncreature spell chain alive. Black Lotus provides the explosive colored mana needed to recast the artifacts indefinitely, while Urza's Bauble cycles through your deck to set up massive card draw at the next upkeep. Together, these pieces create an unstoppable loop of artifact sacrifices, enters-the-battlefield triggers, and storm count generation.
