How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking The One Ring.
3. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
4. Activate The One Ring by tapping it, putting a burden counter on it and causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
5. Repeat.

This brilliant loop relies on Urza, Lord Protector to make your artifacts cheap enough to cast for free, transforming Sensei's Divining Top into a zero-mana noncreature spell that continuously fuels Displacer Kitten's blink trigger. Every time Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, the Kitten resets The One Ring, wiping away its accumulated burden counters to keep your life total safe while generating a staggering amount of card draw. As you tap The One Ring to draw your top card and tap Sensei's Divining Top to put itself back on library, the two artifacts feed each other endlessly.
