How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking The One Ring.
3. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
4. Activate The One Ring by tapping it, putting a burden counter on it and causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop relies on a clever interplay of card draw and resetting mechanics to completely empty your deck. Cemetery Prowler plays a quiet yet crucial foundational role here, serving as cost reduction for artifacts so that Sensei's Divining Top becomes completely free to cast. Once the Top is deployed, Displacer Kitten's trigger blinks The One Ring every time a noncreature spell is cast, effectively resetting The One Ring's entry trigger to continuously renew your protection from everything. With the cost reducer making the Top free, you can tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it on top of your library, tap The One Ring to draw the Top right back into your hand, and repeat the process indefinitely.
