How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking The One Ring.
3. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
4. Activate The One Ring by tapping it, putting a burden counter on it and causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
5. Repeat.

This elegant loop lets you draw your entire deck by exploiting the way the stack and zone changes interact. Stenn, Paranoid Partisan quietly slashes the cost of your artifacts so Sensei's Divining Top becomes free to cast, while Displacer Kitten turns every cast of that Top into a blink trigger for The One Ring. Each time The One Ring re-enters the battlefield, it resets its burden counters and clears away its cumulative upkeep drawback, while also generating protection. Finally, you tap The One Ring to draw the very same Sensei's Divining Top you just tucked away, looping the process infinitely for boundless card draw and storm count.
