How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking The One Ring.
3. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
4. Activate The One Ring by tapping it, putting a burden counter on it and causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop relies on Valeria Richards, Precocious to discount your noncreature spells, allowing you to cast Sensei's Divining Top for free and kick off your engine. Every time you cast the Top, Displacer Kitten's Avoidance ability triggers to blink The One Ring, resetting its burden counters and refreshing its protection each iteration. This lets you tap The One Ring to draw the very same Sensei's Divining Top that you just put back on top of your library with its own tap ability, creating a seamless cycle of infinite card draw and near-infinite storm count.
