How it works

  1. Activate up to seven lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 2W manaW mana
  2. Cast Shackles by paying its mana cost, targeting Displacer Kitten
  3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Palinchron.
  4. When Palinchron enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
  5. Resolve the Shackles spell.
  6. Activate Shackles by paying W mana returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  7. Repeat.
