How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, and The Fourth Doctor triggers if you had cast Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
3. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking The Fourth Doctor.
4. Resolve the Fourth Doctor trigger, if applicable, creating a Food token.
5. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-replacing engine by leveraging Starnheim Courser to reduce its mana cost to zero, allowing you to repeatedly cast it for free. Each time you cast the Top, Displacer Kitten triggers to blink The Fourth Doctor, which in turn feeds The Fourth Doctor's ability to let you play historic spells directly from the top of your library while generating a stream of Food tokens. By tapping the Top to draw a card and place it back on top of your library between casts, you create a continuous cycle of free artifact casts, card draw, and triggers.
