How it works

  1. Cast Whip Silk by paying G mana.
  2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Overlord of the Hauntwoods.
  3. When Overlord of the Hauntwoods enters the battlefield, it triggers twice, creating two tapped Everywhere land tokens, which enter untapped due to Spelunking.
  4. Resolve the Whip Silk spell.
  5. Activate the two Everywhere tokens by tapping them, adding G manaG mana.
  6. Activate Whip Silk by paying G mana, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  7. Repeat.

This clever loop centers around a self-referential casting engine fueled by Whip Silk, which you continuously cast and bounce back to your hand for a single green mana. Each time you cast the enchantment, Displacer Kitten's ability triggers to blink Overlord of the Hauntwoods, resetting its entry triggers. Roaming Throne doubles those enter-the-battlefield triggers because Overlord of the Hauntwoods shares its creature types, multiplying your material gains. Finally, Spelunking ensures that the Everywhere lands generated by the Overlord enter the battlefield untapped, allowing you to tap them for the mana needed to keep the Whip Silk cycle spinning indefinitely.
