How it works

1. Cast Basalt Monolith by paying 3.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Teferi.
3. Activate Basalt Monolith's first ability by tapping it, adding CCC.
4. Activate Teferi's second loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, returning Basalt Monolith from the battlefield to your hand and drawing a card.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on the constant interplay between Teferi, Time Raveler, Displacer Kitten, and Basalt Monolith to grind through your deck. By leveraging the Kitten's blink triggered ability whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you can repeatedly reset Teferi by bouncing and re-summoning him, keeping his loyalty fresh and his draw power active. Meanwhile, Basalt Monolith provides the raw mana needed to continuously recast your artifacts while slipping safely back to your hand via Teferi's bounce ability.
