How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 1.
2. Displacer Kitten and The Fourth Doctor trigger
3. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking The Fourth Doctor.
4. Resolve the Fourth Doctor trigger, creating a Food token.
5. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top onto the top of your library.
6. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing the Food, adding CC.
7. Repeat.
