How it works

This vintage-legal engine centers around Muldrotha, the Gravetide, whose ability allows you to cast permanent spells—including artifacts—directly from your graveyard turn after turn. By cracking Black Lotus for three mana, you gain the necessary resources to recast it from the graveyard for zero mana. This cast then triggers Displacer Kitten, whose avoidance ability blinks Muldrotha to reset any internal tracking or simply refresh the battlefield state, allowing the loop to continue seamlessly. Together, this sequence generates infinite colored mana and an infinite storm count by endlessly recycling the same legendary artifact.
