How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0.
2. Glaring Fleshraker's first ability, Displacer Kitten and The Fourth Doctor if you cast Sensei's Divining Top from your library trigger.
3. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking The Fourth Doctor.
4. Resolve the Fourth Doctor trigger, if applicable, creating a Food token.
5. Resolve the Glaring Fleshraker trigger, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token.
6. When the Eldrazi Spawn enters, Glaring Fleshraker's second ability triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent.
7. Activate the Eldrazi Spawn by sacrificing it, adding C.
8. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top onto the top of your library.
9. Repeat.
