How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, and The Fourth Doctor triggers if you had cast Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
3. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking The Fourth Doctor.
4. Resolve the Fourth Doctor trigger, if applicable, creating a Food token.
5. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

By leveraging Samut, the Driving Force to reduce the cost of noncreature spells down to zero at maximum speed, you can cast Sensei's Divining Top entirely for free over and over again. Every time you cast this artifact, Displacer Kitten triggers to blink The Fourth Doctor, which in turn feeds into *Would You Like A...?* to generate an endless supply of Food tokens whenever the Top is played directly from the top of your library. Finally, Sensei's Divining Top's own tapping ability lets you draw a card while smoothly returning itself to the top of your library so the entire engine can spin right back up.
