How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, and The Fourth Doctor triggers if you had cast Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
3. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking The Fourth Doctor.
4. Resolve the Fourth Doctor trigger, if applicable, creating a Food token.
5. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms Sensei's Divining Top into an infinite engine by leveraging The Fourth Doctor's ability to play historic artifacts directly from the top of your library. Whenever you cast the Top, Displacer Kitten triggers off the noncreature spell to blink The Fourth Doctor, refreshing your board while the artifact's cost is subsidized by Voyager Quickwelder's passive discount. Tapping Sensei's Divining Top lets you draw a card while slipping the artifact right back onto your library, perfectly setting up the next cast to repeat the whole sequence.
