How it works

  1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0.
  2. Displacer Kitten and Lyse Hext trigger, and The Fourth Doctor triggers if you had cast Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
  3. Resolve the Lyse Hext trigger, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
  4. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking The Fourth Doctor.
  5. Resolve the Fourth Doctor trigger, if applicable, creating a Food token.
  6. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top onto the top of your library.
  7. Repeat.
