How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield on top of your library.
2. Activate the mana-producing artifact or creature by tapping it, adding at least 1.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking the mana-producing artifact or creature.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the unassuming Sensei's Divining Top into an endless engine for card draw and storm count by constantly cycling it through your library and back to the battlefield. The setup relies on Madame Web, Clairvoyant to grant you the crucial ability to cast noncreature spells right off the top of your library. Meanwhile, Displacer Kitten watches you cast that Top and immediately triggers to blink whichever mana source is funding your loop, refreshing it for the next iteration.
