How it works

1. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying 3, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Activate Garth by tapping it, causing you to pay 1 to cast a copy of Regrowth.
3. Resolve Regrowth, returning Temporal Manipulation from your graveyard to your hand.
4. At the beginning of your end step, Teleportation Circle triggers, blinking Garth.
5. Repeat each turn.
