This loop is a masterclass in recycling zero-mana permanents, starting with Stonecoil Serpent cast for zero mana either from your hand or courtesy of Gwenom, Remorseless. Because the Serpent enters with zero toughness, it instantly perishes as a state-based action, which immediately triggers Mortuary to place it right back on top of your library. From there, Gwenom, Remorseless allows you to cast that very same Serpent from the top of your library for zero life instead of its mana cost, fueling an endless cycle of leaves-the-battlefield, enters-the-battlefield, and death triggers alongside a massive storm count.
