How it works

1. Cast Flicker by paying 1, targeting Biblioplex Assistant.
2. Swarm Intelligence triggers, copying Flicker targeting Quintorius Kand.
3. Resolve the copy of Flicker, blinking Quintorius Kand.
4. Resolve the original Flicker, blinking Biblioplex Assistant.
5. When Biblioplex Assistant enters the battlefield, it triggers, putting Flicker on top of your library from your graveyard.
6. Activate Quintorius Kand's second loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, causing you to exile Flicker from the top of your library and cast it without paying its mana cost, targeting Biblioplex Assistant.
7. Quintorius Kand and Swarm Intelligence trigger.
8. Resolve the Quintorius Kand trigger, dealing 2 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 2 life.
9. Resolve the Swarm Intelligence trigger, copying Flicker targeting Quintorius Kand.
10. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop is powered by Swarm Intelligence, which acts as our spell-duplication engine whenever an instant or sorcery is cast. By casting Flicker to blink both Quintorius Kand and Biblioplex Assistant simultaneously via the copied spell, we set up a repeating loop: Biblioplex Assistant recurs Flicker to the top of our library, while Quintorius Kand's minus ability lets us cast that very Flicker from exile without paying its mana cost. Because casting a spell from exile triggers Quintorius Kand's damage and lifegain ability, and because Swarm Intelligence ensures we always have the extra copy needed to keep both key permanents blinking, we effortlessly cycle through the sequence for an overwhelming victory.
