How it works

1. Activate Timestream Navigator by paying 2, tapping it and putting it on the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Activate Planar Portal by paying 6 and tapping it, causing you to search your library for Timestream Navigator and putting it into your hand.
3. Cast Timestream Navigator by paying 1.
4. Repeat each turn.

This crafty loop relies on the city's blessing from Timestream Navigator to fuel an endless cycle of time manipulation. Once you've achieved ascend, you can tap Timestream Navigator to take an extra turn, tucking itself safely on the bottom of your library in the process. On the subsequent extra turn, you utilize Planar Portal's hefty activation cost to tutor Timestream Navigator right back to your hand, ready to be recast. By repeating this process each turn, you achieve an unbreakable lock that grants you infinite turns to completely dominate the game.
