How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Myr Moonvessel.
2. When Myr Moonvessel dies, it and Mortuary trigger.
3. Resolve the Myr Moonvessel trigger, adding C.
4. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Myr Moonvessel on top of your library from your graveyard.
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Myr Moonvessel's power.
6. Cast Myr Moonvessel from the top of your library by paying 1.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Experimental Frenzy to peer into the future and cast creatures directly from the top of your library, bypassing the hand entirely. By sacrificing Myr Moonvessel to Altar of Dementia, you mill your opponent while immediately triggering Mortuary to seamlessly recycle the artifact creature right back to the top of your library. The mana produced by Myr Moonvessel's own death trigger pays for the cost to recast it from the top, sustaining an endless cycle of sacrifice.
