How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Highspire Artisan.
2. When Highspire Artisan dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Highspire Artisan enters, its fabricate ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability.
5. Repeat.

This loop relies on Isilu, Carrier of Twilight's passive grant of persist to protect your creatures, turning the backside of Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn into an engine for endless sacrifice. When you feed Highspire Artisan to Goblin Bombardment, persist immediately returns it with a -1/-1 counter, but its fabricate ability responds by placing a +1/+1 counter that neatly neutralizes the penalty through state-based actions. This allows Highspire Artisan to enter the battlefield repeatedly without ever permanently dying, converting a simple sacrifice outlet into an endless stream of damage and triggers.
