How it works
During an opponent's turn, activate Heart of Kiran by tapping Wylie Duke.
Wylie Duke triggers, causing you to draw a card and gain 1 life.
The Watcher's first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Tentacle creature token.
Resolve the Heart of Kiran ability, causing it to become a creature until end of turn.
Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing the Tentacle.
When the Tentacle dies, The Watcher's second ability triggers, untapping Wylie Duke and putting a stun counter on up to one permanent.
Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability
Repeat.
This engine turns Wylie Duke, Atiin Hero and Heart of Kiran into a self-sustaining draw-and-tap loop during your opponent's turn, neatly bypassing traditional crew costs since Heart of Kiran can be activated by tapping Wylie Duke itself. Each time Wylie Duke taps, you draw a card, which instantly triggers The Watcher in the Water to spawn a 1/1 Tentacle token. You then feed that token to Bloodflow Connoisseur, whose sacrifice ability sends the Tentacle to the graveyard so that The Watcher in the Water's second ability can untap Wylie Duke and ready it to repeat the process. Meanwhile, Rukarumel, Biologist sits on the board silently enabling tribal synergies, while the loop chugs along to generate a massive creature and limitless card draw.
