How it works

1. During an opponent's turn, activate Heart of Kiran by tapping Wylie Duke.
2. Wylie Duke triggers, causing you to draw a card and gain 1 life.
3. The Watcher's first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Tentacle creature token.
4. Resolve the Heart of Kiran ability, causing it to become a creature until end of turn.
5. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing the Tentacle.
6. When the Tentacle dies, The Watcher's second ability triggers, untapping Wylie Duke and putting a stun counter on up to one permanent.
7. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability
8. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Wylie Duke, Atiin Hero into a one-man engine by tapping him to crew Heart of Kiran, which neatly triggers Wylie Duke's draw and life gain ability. Thanks to Leyline of Transformation naming Kraken, The Watcher in the Water treats every creature as a Kraken, meaning the Tentacle token it creates when you draw is also a Kraken that can target Wylie Duke with its untap ability when it dies. You simply feed that Tentacle to Goblin Bombardment to deal damage, triggering The Watcher in the Water to untap Wylie Duke so the whole cycle can begin anew.
