How it works

1. Activate Marvin using Karametra's Acolyte's ability by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Activate Marvin using Pili-Pala's ability by paying 2 and untapping it, adding one mana of any color.
3. Repeat.

By using Marvin, Murderous Mimic as a living conduit, you can weave together the explosive mana generation of Karametra's Acolyte with the untap mechanics of Pili-Pala. Once Marvin copies the tap ability of Karametra's Acolyte, it can tap to produce a surplus of green mana based on your devotion, easily satisfying the activation cost for Pili-Pala's untap ability while leaving you further ahead on mana each cycle. Because Pili-Pala's ability also untaps Marvin and yields an extra mana of any color, you create a self-sustaining loop that generates infinite colored mana.
