How it works

1. Activate Marvin using Weaver of Currents's ability by tapping it, adding CC.
2. Activate Marvin using Pili-Pala's ability by paying 2 and untapping it, adding one mana of any color.
3. Repeat.

This clever setup transforms Marvin, Murderous Mimic into a one-robot engine by borrowing the best traits from your other creatures. With Weaver of Currents sitting safely on the board, Marvin inherits its mana-producing tap ability to generate a pair of colorless mana. Meanwhile, Pili-Pala provides the crucial untap symbol ability (denoted as {Q}) that lets Marvin untap itself by filtering some of that mana, fueling a continuous loop. Because Marvin freely adopts these disparate activated abilities simultaneously without sharing a name, you can tap for two and untap for two over and over again to yield infinite colored and colorless mana.
