How it works

1. Activate Rex using The Notary Hobbits' ability by tapping it, adding at least CC.
2. Activate Rex using Pili-Pala's ability by paying 2 and untapping it, adding one mana of any color.
3. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on exiling Pili-Pala and The Notary Hobbits under Rex, Cyber-Hound, granting the hound the activated abilities of both cards. Because Rex inherits Pili-Pala's untap ability, you can repeatedly untap Rex to fuel and repeat The Notary Hobbits' mana generation, yielding as much colorless and colored mana as you desire.
