How it works

1. Activate Marvin using Rofellos's ability by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Activate Marvin using Pili-Pala's ability by paying 2 and untapping it, adding one mana of any color.
3. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Marvin, Murderous Mimic into a one-robot mana engine by borrowing the activated abilities of your other creatures. With Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary on the board providing a massive burst of green mana from your Forests, Marvin taps to emulate that explosive mana production. Then, by leveraging Pili-Pala's untap ability—fueled in part by the mana you just generated—Marvin untaps itself to repeat the process indefinitely, spinning up an infinite supply of colored mana.
