How it works

1. Activate Marvin using Moonscarred Werewolf's ability by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Marvin using Pili-Pala's ability by paying 2 and untapping it, adding one mana of any color.
3. Repeat.

By copying the activated abilities of both Pili-Pala and Moonscarred Werewolf, Marvin, Murderous Mimic becomes a one-robot engine capable of generating infinite colored mana. You tap Marvin to add two green mana using the copied werewolf ability, then spend two of that mana to activate the copied Pili-Pala ability, untapping Marvin in the process. Because Scorned Villager's front face is merely a stepping stone to the transformed Moonscarred Werewolf that Marvin actually impersonates, your mana production outpaces the untap cost to net infinite mana of any color.
