How it works

1. Declare Yore-Tiller Nephilim as an attacker.
2. Yore-Tiller Nephilim triggers, returning Medomai from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped and attacking.
3. Deal combat damage using Medomai, triggering its ability, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Medomai.
5. Repeat each turn.

This clever loop exploits a clever work-around to Medomai the Ageless's restriction against attacking during extra turns by using Yore-Tiller Nephilim to cheat it onto the battlefield directly from your graveyard instead of declaring it as a regular attacker. When Medomai connects for combat damage, you claim an extra turn, bypassing its normal limitations because it enters the fray tapped and attacking via the Nephilim's trigger rather than being formally declared. Finally, Goblin Bombardment plays its crucial role as a sacrifice outlet, letting you neatly tuck Medomai back into the graveyard at the end of the turn so it's ready to be resurrected and repeat the entire sequence indefinitely.
