How it works

1. Declare Olivia as an attacker, attacking an opponent unable to block your creatures.
2. Olivia triggers, returning Medomai from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped and attacking that opponent.
3. Deal combat damage with Medomai, triggering its ability, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. Activate Thermopod's second ability by sacrificing Medomai, adding .
5. Repeat.

This elegant loop hinges on circumventing Medomai the Ageless's restriction against attacking during extra turns by repeatedly resurrecting it fresh from the graveyard. Each time you declare Olivia, Crimson Bride as an attacker, her triggered ability pulls Medomai straight back onto the battlefield tapped and attacking, cleanly sidestepping the rule that would otherwise keep it grounded. Once Medomai connects for combat damage to secure your extra turn, you simply sacrifice it to Thermopod to generate red mana and send the Sphinx back to the graveyard. Because Olivia enters untapped and ready to swing again on each subsequent combat phase, you can effortlessly cycle through endless turns and lock your opponents out of the game.
