How it works

1. Declare a creature you control that cannot be blocked by an opponent as an attacker.
2. Holding priority, activate Brass Squire by tapping it, attaching Assimilation Aegis to the attacking creature.
3. Assimilation Aegis' second ability triggers, causing the creature to become a copy of Medomai the Ageless.
4. Deal combat damage with the creature.
5. The creature triggers, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
6. Move to your next turn.
7. Activate Assimilation Aegis' equip ability by paying 2, attaching it to any other creature you control except Brass Squire.
8. Assimilation Aegis' second ability triggers, causing the creature to become a copy of Medomai the Ageless.
9. Repeat.

By leveraging Assimilation Aegis to continually copy Medomai the Ageless, you can bypass the dragon's restriction against attacking during extra turns entirely. Because the Aegis's copy effect updates dynamically whenever it changes attachments, Brass Squire lets you seamlessly swap the enchantment onto a fresh, unblocked attacker each turn cycle.
