How it works
Activate Cormela by paying 1 and tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast instant or sorcery spells.
Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Cormela, adding 1.
When Cormela dies, it triggers, returning Exhume from your graveyard to your hand.
Cast Exhume by paying 1, causing each player to return a creature card from their graveyard to the battlefield, with you choosing to return Cormela.
Repeat.
This clever loop centers on Cormela, Glamour Thief, whose tap ability conveniently provides three mana while leaving you a generic mana short, a gap neatly filled by sacrificing her to Phyrexian Altar. That very sacrifice triggers Cormela's death ability to fish Exhume back out of your graveyard, setting you up to recast the sorcery and bring Cormela right back to the battlefield. Because Exhume lets you target the very same creature you just sacrificed, you can endlessly cycle through this sequence to generate infinite sacrifice and death triggers alongside a massive surplus of restricted mana.
