How it works

  1. Activate up to seven lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 4B mana.
  2. Cast Imps' Taunt with buyback by paying 4B mana, targeting Palinchron.
  3. Orvar's first ability triggers, creating a token copy of Palinchron.
  4. When the Palinchron token enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
  5. Resolve Imps' Taunt, returning it to your hand.
  6. Repeat.
  7. If you control up to seven lands that can tap to produce at least 5B mana, this combo nets infinite mana, which you can then target any creatures you control in step 2 to create infinite token copies of them.

This loop turns the simple act of forcing a creature to attack into an engine for infinite resources, thanks to the clever synergy between your permanents. By casting Imps' Taunt with its buyback cost paid, you target your own Palinchron, which conveniently dodges any messy combat obligations while keeping the spell in your hand. Each casting triggers Orvar, the All-Form to churn out a fresh token copy of Palinchron, which immediately enters the battlefield to untap your lands and fund the next iteration. As long as those lands produce enough mana to cover the spell's cost, you get infinite mana, infinite land untaps, and an endless army of token copies of any creature you wish.
