How it works

1. Activate Dino DNA by paying 6, creating three token copies of a nonlegendary creature exiled with it that are 6/6 Dinosaurs.
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar three times by sacrificing the creature tokens, adding six C.
3. Repeat.

This ingenious loop centers around Dino DNA's ability to manufacture massive prehistoric copies of an exiled creature, but it truly takes flight thanks to Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation, which triples the token output so you get three dinosaurs for the price of one activation instead of just a single specimen. By feeding those newly minted 6/6 green Dinosaur tokens into Ashnod's Altar, you harvest a surplus of colorless mana that effortlessly pays for the next recursion of the artifact. Because the Altar's sacrifice mechanic acts as a bottomless engine, you can repeat this cycle endlessly to generate boundless entry, exit, and death triggers from the perpetual slaughter.
