How it works

1. Defeat Invasion of Amonkhet
2. Invasion of Amonkhet triggers, causing you to exile it, and return it to the battlefield transformed as Lazotep Convert.
3. Choose to have Lazotep Convert enter the battlefield as a copy of Ojer Taq that is a 4/4 Zombie.
4. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Lazotep Convert.
5. When Lazotep Convert dies, it triggers, causing you to exile it, and return it to the battlefield transformed as Lazotep Convert.
6. Choose to have Lazotep Convert enter the battlefield as a copy of Ojer Taq that is a 4/4 Zombie.
7. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
8. Repeat from step 4.

This clever loop turns the back side of Invasion of Amonkhet into a perpetually recycling clone of Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation. Once Lazotep Convert enters the battlefield as a copy of Ojer Taq, you can sacrifice it to Bloodflow Connoisseur. Because it dies, Lazotep Convert triggers and returns to the battlefield transformed—allowing it to re-enter as a copy of Ojer Taq all over again and fuel the Connoisseur with endless sacrifices.
