How it works

1. Gain life.
2. Heliod triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth.
3. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token.
4. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Social Climber triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This loop turns a single instance of lifegain into a self-sustaining engine of growth and token generation. Once you gain life to kick things off, Heliod, Sun-Crowned rewards you by placing a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth. That influx of power triggers Herd Baloth's ability to manufacture a 4/4 green Beast token, which in turn causes Social Climber's alliance ability to see the new arrival and reward you with 1 life. That newly gained life flows directly back into Heliod, Sun-Crowned to restart the cycle, leaving you with an arbitrarily large army of Beasts and infinite +1/+1 counters.
